Music Licensing Terms

This application uses commercially licensed music from Epidemic Sound under the Pro Plan.

By using this application, you agree to comply with Epidemic Sound's licensing terms and our usage restrictions.

Authorized Uses:

Under our Epidemic Sound Pro Plan license, the application may:

• Stream licensed music within the mobile application
• Integrate music into core app features (background music, categories, moods, recommendations)
• Allow user-selected listening
• Monetize the App while using Epidemic Sound tracks

Restrictions:

The application does not and will never:

• Allow users to download, save, export, or extract audio files
• Redistribute music files outside of the App
• Provide direct access to raw audio tracks
• Enable users to repurpose or reuse music independently

Playback is streaming-only and cannot be saved locally.
